What is Strength and Conditioning?
Strength and Conditioning Training is a type of training that is designed to improve an individuals overall health, wellbeing and performance. It seeks to improve overall physical performance and fitness by developing their strength, power, speed, agility, coordination, and stamina.
Our strength and conditioning class includes modalities such as weight lifting, plyometrics, and interval training. While the primary goal of strength and conditioning is to improve quality of life and physical performance, it can also have a number of other benefits such as reducing the risk of injury and helping individuals to better recover from training sessions.
