Whether this is move to a new space or your very first visit in a gym, we know it can be daunting walking into somewhere you haven’t been before. So, here is a run-through of what you can expect if you sign up to join Team NTS today.

SIGN UP

Sign up for your one week, free trial here . There is no pressure or commitment needed - just a few quick details and you are ready to go.

VERIFY

You will be emailed a link to create an account on Pushpress - this is where members book onto classes and log their workouts and results.

BOOK

Book into one, two (or all!) of our classes for the week. We recommend trying a mixture to see what you like the most. Our favourite is Team which is 9am on a Saturday…..

VISIT

Come along to your first class - you can park right outside and you’ll see friendly faces from the moment you step foot in the door. Or, you are welcome to just pop in and have a look around whenever you’d like.

CHAT

Your coach will introduce themselves and have a quick chat to make sure you are comfortable and ready to start your journey with us

WARM UP

There will be a short warm up followed by the coach talking all members through the programme for the day.

TRAIN

You will work through the daily programme, with support from your coach, and get to know the other members (we are a chatty bunch). Take a look at an example class here [pop up to show two example programmes - at the end of these notes].

COOL DOWN

At the end of the session, you will be taken through a cool down and stretch (and maybe a quick lie down if you have given it your all…)

CHILL

After finishing the class, you are welcome to use the changing facilities in the gym (we have showers, a private changing cubicle and dressing table). You can also head upstairs to our chill out area to make a coffee, have a chat and help yourself to a fig roll (our mascot snack at Team NTS)

REPEAT

The final step…do it all again tomorrow (or maybe a day or two of rest)…
